FAQs

We operate throughout the Tauranga and Bay of Plenty areas.

We offer a range of physiotherapy options, all delivered by qualified and experienced physiotherapists. This includes general and sports physiotherapy, as well as specialist rehabilitation physiotherapy plans.

Apart from the fact you benefit from the convenience of being in your home, there are no differences between what we do with our in-home physio services and the services you get in a clinic. All our physiotherapists are qualified and experienced, and we bring all the equipment that we need with us.

We have two main goals – to alleviate the symptoms you are suffering from and also identify and address the root causes. This holistic approach prevents re-occurrence and leads to better overall outcomes.

Most physio sessions in clinics are about 30 minutes long. We don't believe this is long enough to properly treat both the condition and root cause, so we make our sessions between 45 and 60 minutes long.

Yes, book your ACC physio session today and we'll come to you.

Following an assessment, we'll develop a rehabilitation plan that could involve, for example, making modifications to your work environment to accommodate your return to work.

We treat a range of conditions in our physio sessions. Examples include neck pain, back pain, sciatica and other nerve-related pains, sporting injuries, joint pain, joint stiffness, mobility issues, post-surgery rehabilitation, arthritis, and more.
