About Physio2you, the In-Home Physio Specialists

Physio2you was launched to address three main issues that we identified with the traditional approach to physiotherapy in New Zealand. The first issue is the length of most appointments which, at 30 minutes or less, are too short to properly treat most injuries, sports-related problems, and other conditions. At Physio2you, our appointments are 45-60 minutes.

The second issue we wanted to address is the problem of physio appointment availability, particularly accessing physiotherapy under the public health system. We provide a convenient, high-quality, and convenient physiotherapy alternative.

The third issue is the difficulties that many people face travelling to physiotherapy appointments. We eliminate these challenges by travelling to your home for the physio session. Our physio sessions are the same standard as going to a clinic as we bring all the equipment needed for the session. So, you get the highest standards of care in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

How We're Different

  • We care about your wellbeing – this is the main reason why our standard appointments are longer than the norm. With our longer appointments, we can spend more time treating the root cause of your condition to maximise your health and wellbeing.

  • We go above and beyond – we are not hyper-focused on the part of your body that is sore. Instead, we assess all factors so we can deal with the root cause of your pain and/or mobility issue, with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome.

  • Range of therapies and conditions – we treat a wide range of conditions, and we offer multiple types of treatments including traditional table therapy, exercise therapy, acupuncture and more.

  • Private and ACC physiotherapy – we are available for private and ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) physiotherapy sessions.

  • Getting you back to work – in addition to in-home physiotherapy, we also offer return to work planning services that can include, for example, identifying a suitable role or recommending workplace modifications.
